Starting in Vienna but soon also in other cities and rural areas of Austria, we deliver medicines directly from local pharmacies to your home. Unlike regular delivery pharmacies, we deliver your order within 30 minutes - or at a time of your choice. And not only during the week, but also at weekends and even on Sundays and public holidays until midnight.

What is MAYD?
We deliver 5,000 products from your local pharmacy to your doorstep. With us, you can get everything from medicines to beauty products. If you have any questions about pharmaceuticals or your symptoms, you can get expert advice from our partner pharmacists.
What are MAYD's opening hours?
We deliver your order during the week and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 8 PM and even on Sundays and holidays, we are available from 10 AM to 3 PM (times might differ based on area). Outside these delivery times you can also place orders which will be delivered to you the next morning from 8 AM.
Is there a delivery fee?
Depening on your area MAYD delivers your order without additional delivery costs, regardless of the order value. You can pay conveniently via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or with your credit card.
Can I redeem my prescription?
In Austria, it is unfortunately not yet possible to redeem a prescription via the MAYD app. However, this function will also be available soon, so that prescription medicines can be delivered to your doorstep in Vienna in just a few minutes.
Are products more expensive at MAYD than at the local pharmacy?
The good news for you - no. Our prices are identical to those of the respective local partner pharmacy.
