The business development team evaluates external strategic opportunities including national and international expansion, new business models and core competencies. They review internal organisational and operational practices to identify optimization potential.
Marketing
Marketing is making sure everyone knows about MAYD. From online to offline channels including social media, performance, paid social, CRM and campaigns the team is working on growing our customer base.
Revenue
MAYD´s revenue team is responsible for the business model´s commercialization and therefore managing the main stakeholders on our platform - This includes our locally operating partner pharmacy network and pharma/brand partners.

The Finance Department is responsible for the financial health of the organization and i.a. manages investor realtions, analyses financial data as well as company KPIs and creates insightful reports for the management team to improve key business strategies.

Engineering
Our IT department consists of highly experienced teams of engineers whose goal is to build internal tools as well as our client-facing platform from scratch. HR
The HR team at MAYD is the interface between riders and office staff and looks after all topics along the employee lifecycle. The goal is to enable all employees to perform their work in the best possible way and without any pitfalls.

Our drivers are the backbone of our company. This team makes it possible for our customers to receive their medication in several cities in Germany in just a few minutes. We are happy to welcome new faces to our ever-growing family of drivers.

The first call is a first get-to-know-each-other call, where you learn a bit more about MAYD, and we as a company get to know you more.

The Hiring Manager Call is with 1 or 2 Hiring Managers from the department you applied for where you will get more information about the topics you would work on and how your daily life here at MAYD could look like

On-Site Interview
At the On-Site Interview you will come to our office to meet a few more people from your potentially future team and speak to a few more stakeholders. Also you will get a tour of our office to see for yourself if you can imagine yourself working here and feel comfortable.

What does the application process at MAYD look like?
First, the hiring team for the position will screen your documents to see if your profile is a match for us and the role. If there is a positive impression you will receive an invitation to a first interview. The entire interview process is always aligned with the position and therefore naturally differs. Usually, you can expect between three and four interview rounds, in which both, you and we, have the chance for an extensive exchange and to get to know each other.
